I’m very disappointed. Broken hearts more like it because my husband and I decided to move here due to having a community pool. I’m very upset that I had to pay $100 for an orientation to the club house to see that the pool is green and I can’t even use it. Why charge me $100 to not get a pool key or be able to use the pool????? 😠 I feel like I lost $ I didn’t have from just moving here and pretty much a rip off.

Its needs some TLC. SOME chairs are broken, no umbrellas theres hardly no shade and the chairs are filthy.

Have made complaints on a vacant house. Told them 5 houses around that house is rat infested and that we even see rats running along the fence line. Was told by Lisa, President of the Homeowners Association to notify the City, Health Department and to notify exterminator to have our house fumigated (tented) and to go to a hotel for a few days and to turn it into our homeowners insurance. I stated that with the deductible that we would have to pay for the hotel and due to disability would not be able to completely clean the home in order to return and that would also be another expense to pay house cleaners which would take additional time at a hotel. Was told that when she had a roach infestation, she had to put stuff in the outlet and light switches in her home. Explained that I have a puppy and another dog and could not use poison in the house. Explained that we had spoken to an exterminator and have done everything that he told us to do. Another employee of the HOA also said that she had rats in her house. This house was raided by the DEA at least 2 times and the owner of the home is in prison. The house was never cleaned out and is basically falling apart. The HOA is
